ADVICE

SIMPLE SYRUP FROM FREEZE-DRIED RASPBERRIES

Simple raspberry syrup is prepared by taking 7 freeze-dried raspberries and crushing them through a strainer (use a spoon). This way you get the powder and get rid of the seeds at the same time. Heat 30g of sugar and 30ml of water, add freeze-dried raspberry powder. Let everything boil slowly for a minute. Stir gently. Let it cool down.

SIMPLE SYRUP FROM FREEZE-DRIED MANGO

Grind 6 to 7 slices of freeze-dried mango to make a powder. Heat 30g of sugar and 30ml of water, when the sugar melts, add freeze-dried mango powder. Let it boil slowly for a minute. Stir and cool.

You can keep the syrup in a closed jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
