VIBRANT LIFE with freeze-dried mango & banana

INGRIDIENTS
  • 7 slices of freeze-dried bananas

  • 7 slices of freeze-dried mango

  • 90ml (15ml per glass) Dead Mans Fingers Mango Rum

  • 50 ml of water

  • 50 g of sugar

  • a bottle of white semi-dry sparkling wine Desiree Istenič

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

The important thing is that you have all the ingredients super cold. Mix banana-mango syrup and rum in a shaker. You add a large handful of ice and shake for half a minute. Prepare sparkling wine glasses and pour/strain 30 ml of the mixture into each. Then you gently top up the glasses with cold sparkling wine. You can also use sparkling wine according to your taste.

ADVICE

SIMPLE SYRUP

Simple syrup you prepare by boiling 100 ml of water and 100 g of sugar over low heat until the sugar dissolves (let it boil gently for 2 minutes). Towards the end, you add the mango and banana, which you previously crushed into powder. Stir for a while and let it cool. If you have leftover syrup, you can keep it in the refrigerator for a week.
