UPSIDE DOWN SOMBRERO with freeze-dried mango
INGRIDIENTS

8 slices freeze-dried mango slices

50 ml of mango juice

15 ml of lime juice

40 ml of tequila

half a cup of ice

2 freeze-dried strawberries (powder) for the sombrero ring
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Put freeze-dried mango, mango juice, lime juice and tequila in a blender. Wait for the mango to rehydrate and become juicy before grinding. Then add a handful of ice and turn on the blender. Mix until you get it liquid texture, without lumps.
Grease the rim of the glass with the prepared cocktail and sprinkle freeze-dried strawberry powder on the plate. The rim of the glass is evenly dusted.
