SUMMER MANGO with freeze-dried mango
A real refreshment on hot summer days or warm evenings. On the terrace, by the pool or on the balcony. This fruit cocktail will, to say the least, impress you with its fruity taste and freshness.
INGRIDIENTS

4 to 5 slices of freeze-dried mango

40 ml of water

30 ml of white rum juice of a quarter of a lime

1 to 2 tablespoons of agave syrup or 2 tablespoons of acacia honey (optional and to taste)

4 mint leaves

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
There are two preparation methods, you choose the one you prefer. For the first preparation, start right in the blender. Soak the vacuum-dried mango in water, add agave syrup, lime juice and white rum. Wait for the mango to rehydrate and turn on the blender to grind and combine the ingredients. This takes approx. 10 seconds. Fill the glass with ice and pour over the contents from the blender. Add mint leaves for decoration. A cocktail prepared in this way will be cloudy.
My preferred method is to crush the freeze-dried mango in a mortar and pestle to make a powder (if you don't have a mortar and pestle, you can put the mango in a bag and chrush it until you get a powder). In another glass, prepare water, agave syrup (can also be acacia honey), lime juice and white rum. Sprinkle freeze-dried mango powder into the mixture and stir gently. Fill the serving glass with ice and mint, and pour the future cocktail over it.
