No registration is required to buy online. The data is only used to ship the products. You can also send an order for larger quantities by e-mail or SMS.

If we offer a discount, it is automatically taken into account when ordering in the basket.

General conditions and use of e-commerce

Online sales, Dejan Breznikar sp, offers you the sale of high-quality freeze-dried fruit through electronic sales, and at the same time an easy purchase, accessible 24 hours a day. The use of the service is free.


In the present "General Terms and Conditions" masculine nouns are used, which are semantically and meaningfully used as neutral and apply equally to both genders.

The prices of products and delivery (postage) are in Euros (EUR) including VAT.
The order (contract) is concluded in the Slovenian language. Prices are valid on the day of the order.
We reserve the right to change the price list without prior notice.

Order (purchase)

To view products, browse content, etc. it is not necessary to register beforehand. It is necessary to select a category or subcategory of products; products can be additionally filtered or searched using the search engine. Clicking on the desired product opens a subpage with a more detailed description and image of the product. In order to conclude a contract / place an order, it is necessary to carry out the following procedures, which also describe the technical means for identifying and correcting errors before placing the order.

When deciding to buy, it is necessary to select the product by clicking and select the button "ADD TO BASKET". When the selection in the online store is completed, the customer can choose "VIEW CART" or go directly to "COMPLETE PURCHASE".

1.) Basket

In the basket, the buyer reviews which products he has added to the basket, checks their price and quantity, adds/removes the quantities of individual products or deletes the products entirely, as he wishes. At this stage, the consumer can return to the online store at any time and add purchases or leave the store without completing the purchase.

In the basket, the buyer chooses between two delivery methods:

– GLS Slovenia courier service
- personal collection at the company (by prior agreement).

If the buyer wants to continue with the purchase - click on the button "TO THE CASHIER".

2.) Completion of the purchase

On the purchase completion page, it is necessary to enter personal data for purchase and delivery, if desired, submit a message / note to the order. If the customer also has a discount code, he can enter it in the field. If necessary, it is possible to return to the Basket and change the purchase.

The customer chooses a payment method before completing the purchase. It is possible to choose between payment by cash on delivery or payment via direct transfer to a current account.

By confirming the selection that the consumer agrees to the payment and general conditions and clicking on the button "CONFIRM ORDER" the order has been placed.

3.) Order submitted

A window opens for the consumer with the Order Summary with the serial number and all relevant data. At the same time, the same summary is forwarded to the consumer's e-mail address, which was entered in the "Payer's data" step.

4.) Rejection of the order

5.) Payment terms

6.) Collection and delivery:

Goods can also be picked up at the company headquarters, every day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with timely advance notice to the company's phone number or e-mail address. Delivery price for delivery with GLS to Slovenia:

For delivery of all orders in the online store https://www.sadeja.si/shop/  is taken care of by our contracted courier service GLS Slovenia. We will deliver the ordered goods to the contractual delivery partner within two working days. If, due to special circumstances, this is not possible, we will inform the customer about this and make other arrangements with the customer.

We deliver the goods throughout Slovenia and deliver them to the address provided. In the case of personal collection, we agree on the exact time and place of collection in advance.

7.) Withdrawal from the contract

A consumer who orders products in an online store https://www.sadeja.si/, has the irrevocable right, within 14 days of receiving the product, to withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision in a message to the company.

The consumer can do this with an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal from the contract in written or electronic form.

The consumer sends the withdrawal from the contract to the seller's e-mail address: info@sadeja.si or in person at the address of the Gorenja warehouse Dobrava 5, 8210 Trebnje.

The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of delivering the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The goods received must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 10 days of receiving the returned products, in the value of the submitted invoice, minus the delivery cost. Payment refunds are made to the customer's TRR. The return of the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The return option does not apply if the consumer has removed the original packaging. When returning items where a promotional code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned upon return (the amount paid is returned).

Consumers do not have the right to withdraw from the contract for products customized or manufactured according to special wishes.

In exceptional cases, when the items are not returned in accordance with the ZVPot, we can offer the consumer the purchase of the item with appropriate compensation, which is determined in the minutes upon return.

The purchase with a reduced value is taken into account upon confirmation of the consumer by e-mail. The consumer benefits from the aforementioned redemption fee only when ordering another item of the same or higher value.

8.) Complaints and returns

If the consumer has received the wrong type of goods compared to the ordered or damaged goods, the consumer can complain about it by

In the event of a complaint, the consumer may, in accordance with legal restrictions, request a replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.

The goods that are returned must be in their original packaging, undamaged and unused, and the original invoice must be attached. The possibility of return does not apply if it is not packed in the original packaging.

Ransom shipments will not be accepted!

9.) Disagreements and disputes

which is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court, so he does his best to resolve potential disputes amicably.

The owner of the website guarantees the protection of personal data, which will be used exclusively for the purpose of informing about the progress of the order (if the visitor places an order online) and, at the request of the buyer, for informing about new products and campaigns. The owner guarantees that the data of visitors and users will be used only for the purpose of the smooth flow of orders and will not be handed over to a third party.

In case of problems or ambiguities in the use of the website, the owner of the website reserves the right to contact the consumer by phone or e-mail.

By making a purchase online, the visitor authorizes the website owner to collect and use personal data. All information provided by the visitor when ordering is intended only for the provider's business, which is not forwarded for other purposes or to a third party. In the event of a possible "intrusion" into the computer system, we do not assume responsibility.

In doing business, we comply with the Consumer Protection Act and do business in accordance with the Act on Electronic Business in the Market.

We strive to ensure that the online store includes accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information, nor do we assume any compensation or other liability for errors in the contents of the online store.
