RASPBERRY MARTINI with freeze-dried raspberry

INGRIDIENTS
  • 7 freeze-dried raspberries

  • 60 ml of vodka

  • 30 ml of simple raspberry syrup

  • 15 ml of COINTREAU liqueur (orange peel liqueur)

  • 15 ml of lemon juice

  • ice

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Combine vodka, raspberry simple syrup, liqueur, lemon juice and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a well-chilled glass.

ADVICE

RASPBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP

Heat 30g of sugar and 30g of water, add lyophilized powder raspberries. All together let it boil slowly for 5 minutes. Stir gently. Let it cool down.

Freeze-dried raspberry powder is obtained by taking freeze-dried raspberries and crushing them through a sieve. This way you get the powder and get rid of the seeds at the same time.

You can keep the syrup in the refrigerator for one week.
