BLURRY VISION with freeze-dried lychee

INGRIDIENTS
  • 7 freeze-dried lychees

  • 60 ml of dark rum

  • 60 ml light rum

  • 60 ml of fresh lime juice

  • 15 ml MONIN almond syrup

  • 15 ml of simple syrup

  • crushed ice

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Crush freeze-dried lychee into a cocktail shaker. Add all liquids and shake for 30 seconds. Pour the contents into serving glasses and serve.
