CREAM MANGO PUDDING with freeze-dried mango
INGRIDIENTS

2 tablespoons freeze-dried mango powder

2 tablespoons of cornstarch

3 tablespoons of sugar

500 ml of milk (you can also replace it with almond milk)

2 egg yolks
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Grind slices of freeze-dried mango into powder, use a sugar or coffee grinder. In a medium-sized bowl, mix freeze-dried mango powder, sugar and cornstarch. Slowly mix in the milk and egg yolks. Mix well. Put it on the stove and let the pudding boil. Cook for another 1 minute, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour into serving bowls and let stand until the pudding hardens and cools.
