Chia pudding is the perfect option for preparing meals and breakfasts in advance. You can make a larger quantity and it will last up to 5 days in the fridge. An ideal healthy meal that brings fiber, minerals, proteins, omega 3 fats, antioxidants and vitamins into the body. A suitable meal to help with weight loss. Chia seeds are known for containing a lot of fiber, which is why we feel full when consumed. Freeze-dried raspberries will provide additional vitamins.

INGRIDIENTS
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon freeze-dried raspberry powder

  • a spoonful of chopped almonds

  • half a spoon of bitter cocoa

  • 250 ml of coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup

  • freeze-dried raspberries and almonds for decoration

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cocoa, freeze-dried raspberry powder, almonds and chia seeds in a bowl. Pour over the coconut milk and add the agave syrup. Mix well again and pour into a serving glass. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

ADVICE

Freeze-dried raspberry powder is obtained by crushing the raspberries through a strainer and using the back of a spoon. This process also gets rid of the seeds. If you don't mind the raspberry seeds, simply crumble the raspberries straight into the pudding.
