SPELT MUFFINS WITH BANANA and freeze-dried blueberries

BAKING TIME AND TEMPERATURE

25 minutes at 200°C

A simple recipe for juicy fruit muffins and maximum pleasure. From the listed ingredients, you get just the right amount for 12 juicy muffins.

INGRIDIENTS
  • 70 g of sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 200 ml of milk (you can also use almond milk)

  • 50 ml of oil (you can also use coconut oil)

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 handfuls of freeze-dried blueberries click

  • 280 g semolina smooth flour

  • 1 vanilla sugar

  • 2,5g of salt

  • tea spoon of baking powder

  • a few banana slices for decoration

  • icing sugar

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Put eggs and sugar in a bowl. Stir in the foam. Mix for about 5 minutes to increase the volume significantly. Add milk and oil. Mix gently. Add the mashed bananas and all the dry ingredients. Stir again. Fill the models and bake. When the muffins are baked, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
