STRAWBERRY GIN SPRAYER with freeze-dried strawberries

INGRIDIENTS
  • 30 ml of gin

  • 5 freeze-dried strawberries

  • 60 ml of water

  • 30 g of sugar

  • 60 ml mineral water or tonic

  • ice

  • freeze-dried strawberries for decoration 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the strawberry syrup. 5 freeze-dried strawberries, 60 ml of water, 30 g of sugar, two teaspoons of lime, and a pinch of salt. Boil in a pan, reduce the heat or lower the temperature and allow the berries to dissolve and the sugar to dissolve. Allow the porridge to cool for an hour. Strain and gently mash over a strainer. You will get simple strawberry syrup.

Add ice and some freeze-dried strawberries to the glass. On top of that, start adding strawberry syrup, gin and finally mineral water. If you want more sweetness and bitterness, you can add tonic instead of mineral water.
