SWEET ICE PEACH with freeze-dried peach and raspberry

INGRIDIENTS

  • 3 slices of freeze-dried peaches

  • 6 freeze-dried raspberries

  • 40 ml of vodka

  • 20 ml of BERCE peach liqueur

  • half a cup of ice

  • 30 ml of peach juice (Vipava peach) or peach puree

  • 50 ml of peach iced tea

  • 3 tablespoons of cranberry juice

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare a cocktail shaker. Crush or cut the freeze-dried peaches into small cubes. Add vodka, peach liqueur, peach juice, iced tea, cranberry juice and ice. Shake for a good half a minute. Add raspberries. Stir and pour into a glass.

ADVICE

PEACH PURE WITH LYOPHILIZED PEACH

Crush 10 slices of freeze-dried peach in a mortar or in a plastic bag by rolling. Add the same amount of water and mix. This way you get a thick puree.
