STRAWBERRY SPARK with freeze-dried strawberry

Recipe for two glasses of pleasure! A cocktail that stands out for its uniqueness.

INGRIDIENTS

  • 8 freeze-dried strawberries

  • 8 fresh mint leaves

  • 120 ml Dead Man's Fingers Coconut Rum or your favorite

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • ice

  • chilled sparkling wine

  • 4 sliced freeze-dried strawberries for decoration

  • throw for decoration

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

In two serving glasses, add 2 lime slices, 4 mint leaves, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of vanilla extract and freeze-dried strawberries. Mash until the strawberries dissolve and the sugar dissolves.

Fill a glass with ice, add 60 ml of rum to each glass, and freeze-dried strawberries. Top with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with mint.
