SANDY BEACH with freeze-dried lychee

INGRIDIENTS

  • 6 freeze-dried lychees

  • 45 ml of vodka

  • 60 ml of pineapple juice

  • 15 ml of coconut cream (from a can)

  • a dash of freshly squeezed lime juice

  • ice

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Pour pineapple juice over freeze-dried lychee. Add :vodka, coconut cream, lime and blend in a blender.

Add everything to a shaker, where a good handful of ice is waiting. Shake for about a minute and strain into a serving glass.
