RUSTIC APPLE with freeze-dried apple

INGRIDIENTS
  • 3 slices of freeze-dried apple

  • 30 ml Triple sec

  • 50 ml of cognac

  • 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • a fistful of ice

  • a dash of Angostura bitters

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Crush the apples into powder in a mortar or PVC bag. Then add all the ingredients to the cocktail shaker and shake until the Rustic cools down to the appropriate temperature. Serve in a chilled glass. 

ADVICE

When crushing, grinding lyophilized fruit, the tools with which you start the crushing or grinding must be dry, otherwise the fruit begins to rehydrate and acquires the texture of fresh fruit.
