RED DRAGON with freeze-dried pita

INGRIDIENTS
  • powder 5 slices of freeze-dried pitaya

  • 45ml tequila silver

  • 15 ml of peach liqueur

  • 15 ml of lime juice

  • spoon of agave syrup

  • a cup of ice

  • basil for garnish

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Put all the ingredients in a shaker and shake for a good minute. Pour into serve glass and enjoy.

LYOPHILIZED POWDER

You don't need to put in a lot of effort to get freeze-dried fruit powder. You have to make sure that all the tools you use are dry.

You can use a mortar, a PVC bag and a rolling pin, a blender, a small grinder for coffee/sugar, a colander and a spoon,... There are more options. Freeze-dried fruit is very easy to crush due to its crunchy texture.
