PROPER STRAWBERRY with freeze-dried strawberries

INGRIDIENTS

  • 4 freeze-dried strawberries

  • 4 mint leaves

  • 1/2 lemon (juice)

  • 60ml Proper 12 whiskey (or your favorite)

  • 30ml of simple syrup

  • crushed ice

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Put 4 large freeze-dried strawberries, mint and lemon juice in a shaker. Mash the contents with a pestle or the back of a wooden spoon. Add whiskey and simple syrup. Close the shaker and shake for up to 1 minute.

Fill the serving glass with ice, and pour over the strawberry mixture from the shaker. Garnish with freeze-dried strawberry slices and mint leaves.
