OVERNIGHT BREAKFAST with freeze-dried blueberries

A simple and quick breakfast that you need when you don't have enough time to prepare your meal in the morning.

INGRIDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried blueberries

  • 50 g of oatmeal

  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup

  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt

  • 1.5 dcl of almond drink

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

In the evening, mix all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and put it in the fridge. Leave overnight and eat for breakfast or snack.
