PINA COLADA with freeze-dried pineapple

Homemade Pina Colada brightens up a monotonous day. You can adjust it to your taste, the ingredients are simple, as is the preparation process. Add agave syrup as desired if you want a sweeter version. 

INGRIDIENTS
  • 6 slices of freeze-dried pineapples

  • 50 ml of white rum

  • 50 ml of pineapple juice

  • spoon of agave syrup

  • 70 g coconut cream from a can (creamy version) or 70 ml coconut milk from a carten (more liquid version)

  • 3 ice cubes

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind to obtain a liquid, homogeneous mixture. Pour into a serving glass, decorate and enjoy.

If you want a more liquid version, use coconut milk.

It is best to cool all ingredients before use.
