LIO PREMIUM SHOT with freeze-dried pineapple

INGRIDIENTS
  • 2 slices of freeze-dried pineapple

  • 15 ml of lemon juice

  • 60 ml of bourbon (or whiskey you have at home)

  • 2 ml Angostura bitters

  • 15 ml of simple syrup

  • small pieces of freeze-dried pineapple for decoration

  • ice

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Place freeze-dried pineapple in a cocktail shaker and mash. Add lemon juice, bourbon, Angostura liqueur and simple syrup.

 Dodaj pest ledu. Pokrij in tresi dobrih 30 sekund.

Strain and pour contents into a serving glass with fresh ice.

Crumble freeze-dried pineapple on top for decoration. Find your favorite corner and enjoy.
