DRUNK APPLE PIE with freeze-dried apple
Timeless apple pie in liquid form. Baileys for a silky texture, Whiskey for warmth, caramel for just the right sweetness, freeze-dried apple and cinnamon to make the cocktail taste even more authentic. A real delicacy for autumn and until the New Year.
INGRIDIENTS

2 slices of freeze-dried apple (crushed into powder)

50ml Baileys Apple Pie

35ml Crown Royal Regal Apple Whiskey

10 ml Syrup MONIN Caramel

serving glass of ice

For the rim of the glass decoration: 1 teaspoon of syrup (if necessary to cover the plate) 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar mixture (if necessary to cover the plate)

cinnamon stick for decoration
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Add ice to a cocktail shaker.

Add freeze-dried apple powder, measure liqueur, whiskey and caramel syrup.

Cover the shaker and shake for 30 seconds until the cocktail is very cold.

Pour/strain into a cinnamon rimmed serving glass.

Add a cinnamon stick to the cocktail and enjoy.
