DIRTY BANANA with freeze-dried banana

An inappropriately delicious cocktail that practically hides its grown-up side. It's reminiscent of the best smoothie, except it's a lot more. Also great as a dessert.

INGRIDIENTS

  • 15 freeze-dried banana slices

  • 60 ml of white rum

  • 30 ml of banana liqueur

  • 20 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur

  • 75 ml of chilled full-fat cream

  • 2 teaspoons of agave syrup or acacia honey

  • 3 slices of freeze-dried sliced banana

  • 3 ice cubes

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Add freeze-dried banana, rum, banana liqueur, coffee liqueur, ice, agave syrup and cream to a blender. Blend to get a smooth texture.

 You find a suitable glass and pour the liquid pleasure from the blender.
