DIFFERENT PINK with freeze-dried lychee

INGRIDIENTS

  • ice cubes

  • 3 freeze-dried lychees

  • 30 ml of pink gin

  • 90 ml Fever tree tonic pink

  • a teaspoon of lime juice

  • 6 grains of red correction

  • 6 grains of juniper berries

  • a sprig of rosemary

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. We start with freeze-dried lychee in a jar.

  2. Add ice to the lychee in a serving glass

  3. Add pink gin and tonic.

  4. Decorate the glass with rosemary.
