DEEP FIGGING with freeze-dried figs

INGRIDIENTS
  • 2 freeze-dried fig halves

  • 45ml Bulleit Bourbon

  • 15 ml pear-cinnamon syrup

  • 15 ml lime juice

  • 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • crushed ice

  • lime for decoration

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Crush the freeze-dried fig. Take a shaker, add Bourbon, syrup, cinnamon, lime juice and crushed fig. Also add crushed ice, cover and shake for up to 30 seconds.

Pour fresh crushed ice into a glass. Strain the contents of the shaker into a serving glass. Add lime for garnish.
