COCO MARTINI with freeze-dried coconut

INGRIDIENTS
  • 5 slices of freeze-dried coconut

  • 30 ml of coconut milk

  • 60 ml of vodka

  • 15 ml of fresh lime juice

  • a fistful of ice

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Make the coconut cream by mixing 5 slices of freeze-dried coconut and coconut milk with a stick blender. You will get a wonderful coconut cream.

Prepare a serving glass. Grease the rim of the glass with coconut cream and dip the greased rim in coconut flour. You will get a beautiful tissue with coconut, which gives the cocktail a special texture.

Add vodka, lime juice, ice and coconut cream to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
