BANANA HAVANA with freeze-dried banana

INGRIDIENTS
  • 10 slices of freeze-dried banana

  • 60ml Havana rum

  • 30ml MONIN banana liqueur

  • 15 ml of lime juice

  • spoon of agave syrup

  • 1 cup ice

  • 2 finely chopped mint leaves

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Put the first five ingredients in a blender and grind to a puree. Add ice and blend to get a fluffy texture, like a smoothie. At the end, add the chopped mint and turn on the blender just enough to mix the mint. Take the serving glasses, pour over and enjoy.
