APPLETINI with freeze-dried apple

INGRIDIENTS

  • 3 slices of freeze-dried apple

  • 30 ml of apple liqueur

  • 90 ml of vodka

  • a teaspoon of lime juice

  • ice

  • a slice of lime for garnish

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Grind the apple slices into powder. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until the tin freezes. Strain into a glass to enjoy and taste.

ADVICE

Freeze-dried fruit powder is obtained by rolling it in a bag, using a mortar, blender, sugar/coffee grinder, etc. It is only important that the tools are completely dry.
