PUSH WITH CINNAMON and freeze-dried apples

A simple breakfast for a good start to the day, made in just a few minutes. Swap instant cereal for a healthy, homemade version.

INGRIDIENTS
  • a handful of slices freeze-dried apple

  • 250 ml of water

  • 100 g of rolled oatmeal

  • a pinch of salt

  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon

  • a pinch of nutmeg

  • 3 teaspoons of honey

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Crush or cut the freeze-dried apple into small pieces. Boil water and set aside. Sprinkle cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, oatmeal, freeze-dried apple pieces into the water and add honey. Mix well and leave covered for 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving cup, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
