OVERNIGHT OATS with freeze-dried raspberries

An overnight breakfast will come in handy when you have to leave home quickly in the morning and don't have time to prepare breakfast in the morning. A nutritious, healthy and delicious meal made in less than five minutes. Bon Appetit.

INGRIDIENTS
  • fist freeze-dried raspberries

  • half a cup of rolled oatmeal

  • spoon of agave syrup

  • half a cup of almond drink (you can also use milk, coconut, oat drink,...)

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Place the ingredients in a glass, cover with liquid and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
