FALL SUN with freeze-dried apple

Time for adults! Recipe for two. Another in a series of cocktails that sits perfectly at the time when we are already rummaging through our closets for long sleeves, fur coats and hats.

INGRIDIENTS

  • 2 slices of freeze-dried apple (powder)

  • 60 ml of vanilla vodka

  • 60 ml of Fireball whiskey

  • 240 ml of apple cider

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • half a spoonful of cinnamon

  • honey

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine cinnamon and sugar on a low plate (optional)

  2. Brush the rim of the glasses with honey and dip in cinnamon sugar (optional)

  3. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice

  4. Combine vodka, whiskey, apple cider and freeze-dried apple powder in a shaker and shake well.

  5. Divide the liquid into two glasses

  6. Decorate as desired, either with an apple, cinnamon or star anise.

ADVICE

You get the powder of freeze-dried apple, crush it with the help of a mortar, a PVC bag and roll it, gently tap it with a hammer... just make sure that the tools are dry.
