DRUNK APPLE PIE with freeze-dried apple

Timeless apple pie in liquid form. Baileys for a silky texture, Whiskey for warmth, caramel for just the right sweetness, freeze-dried apple and cinnamon to make the cocktail taste even more authentic. A real delicacy for autumn and until the New Year.

INGRIDIENTS
  • 2 slices of freeze-dried apple (crushed into powder)

  • 50ml Baileys Apple Pie

  • 35ml Crown Royal Regal Apple Whiskey

  • 10 ml Syrup MONIN Caramel

  • serving glass of ice

  • For the rim of the glass decoration: 1 teaspoon of syrup (if necessary to cover the plate) 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar mixture (if necessary to cover the plate)

  • cinnamon stick for decoration

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add freeze-dried apple powder, measure liqueur, whiskey and caramel syrup.

  3. Cover the shaker and shake for 30 seconds until the cocktail is very cold.

  4. Pour/strain into a cinnamon rimmed serving glass.

  5. Add a cinnamon stick to the cocktail and enjoy.
