BATTLE TANK with freeze-dried kiwi

INGRIDIENTS
  • 6 slices of freeze-dried kiwi

  • a quarter of a lemon

  • 3 teaspoons of liquid honey (preferably acacia)

  • 60 ml of pineapple juice

  • 60 ml of gin

  • 150 ml Romerquelle, lemongrass

  • crushed ice

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Place kiwi, lemon and honey in a serving glass. Crush with feeling. Add gin and pineapple juice and mix. Add crushed ice to this. Pour over Romerquelle lemon grass, decorate the glass and enjoy.
